Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
TC 1 mile. Warmed up for 2 miles and then hopped into the 29 and under race box and did strides there. Had to wait around for a couple of minutes to ensure my front line spot.
Got out what I thought was easy. I was trying to gauge how fast I was running, but its tough on a road. Realized that I came through the 400M in 62high and I knew I was going to be in trouble. Slowed the pace down a bit and came through the 800M in 2:15. I knew I wasn't going to be speeding up much, but I tried to maintain my pace. I was hurting with 600M to go, my arms, legs and core were all numb. Finished with a 4:40. Not happy about that. It was wet and it was amazing how much more work that made running.
Done for a little while now.
