Weather: warm 62 dry, no wind, partly sunny

Comments:
pushed hard, felt good, but very sore at the end. need to rest a day now. Tied record Personal Best time! Seemed like I didn't work nearly as hard to do it this time. According to the splits, I started faster, but ended slower that my last try at Personal Best. Both times it was 62 degrees, but last time it was humid. Last time I spit a lot more, seemed like the cotton mouth was worse. Could be related to diet? Legs very sore at end of this run, unlike last time I don't remember being this sore.
