Indoor long run

Weather: 49, cold, rainy

Comments:
Ditched the group run due to bad weather, first time runing on mill at night. Did 3 miles sort of tempo run but couldn't go farther than 3 at 6.5 pace. Walked for 6 minutes than did 20 min of 1 min intervals of running at 7 speed than recovery jog at 5.2, felt good and easy by end then cooled down with 5 min of slow jog. Felt like a good workout for such an odd time and place.
