Weather: not hot but humid

Comments:
20 min warmup - 2.5 miles

3 mile tempo run goal -6:51
1- 7:10 ( didnt realize how off pace I was until I hit the first mile mark)
2 - 7:05 (still way off target)
3 - 6:50

20 min cool down ( 2.5 miles)

very frustrated with this workout. I did not realize that I was so far behind pace when I first started. We are doing anotehr tempo run next week, and will remember then to start off harder so I wont be surpirsed at mile 1 with the time
