At least I ran my last mile faster than my first four...

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tempo run, the goal was to run our first 4 miles at 5:50, then speed up for the last mile, my total time was 28:24, but my final mile was a 5:05 which was about 20 seconds too fast, I guess its the miler in me...i felt good afterwards, we did 3 300 buildups, felt good during those, ice-bathed after...solid day, not too hard, not too easy
