Comments:
Ran with Jim, Houser, and Stu. Keyser and Will took off early. Felt pretty good just kind of sore from yesterdays workout. The trainer wrapped my knee beforehand which seemed to help ease the soreness, but she wrapped it way too tight. When I talked to Scott afterwards he noticed and said he would do it next time. The muscles behind my knee are sore now from the wrap.
