Started the workout with Jim, Kaleb, and Matt D and knew I wasn't going to fell good on the rest of it. We caught Riley/Rob/Houser so I finished the workout with them. Should have stuck with Houser and hammered the last one with him. Not ready yet but I will get there. 2x Goat hill afterwards with 15-20 minute cooldown. My stomach was killing me afterwards. Blaming it on the food at peirce.
