fast bowl workout

Comments:
after riw and lifting and biking I jogged about 800-1000 meters and stretched before the workout.

Then goat hill x2 for a total of a little over 8km on my feet.

I felt surprisingly good considering I had just lifted. I felt strong and consistent. halfway through the last one I decided to try to get under 4. I didn't empty the tank and when I crossed the line, the time just clicked to 4:00. I'm going to have to make sure to not wait too long on friday to kick. I'd rather have a 1000m gradual kick than a short 100m kick.
