Weather: 90 w/a heat index of 95 (50% rh)

Comments:
Hot again. Was ok running slow until about mile 7. Maybe I can get acclimated to the hot weather and that will help me stay hydrated during longer runs on cooler days.

25 weeks until San Antonio. Prob ought to start getting serious if I want to do the full marathon. Training this summer is going to be a bitch, though.
