absolutely the most perfect way to end high school track.

400 - pr two years in the making. i kinda don't remember much about it but for the last 100 i just kept telling myself to go for it. guess it worked! had a fantastic calf cramp after.

25 minutes later...
800 - oh what a great race. had a good strategy, i suppose. tried to stay in the middle of the pack through the 1st lap, not get caught up in anything crazy. then just let my legs go on the 2nd. i felt like i was put in a great opportunity in my heat because i was finally able to run with people at my general speed. 2nd pr of the day, didn't exactly meet my season goal but i guess i'll let 0.1 seconds slide :P
