15 minute warmup - 4X800 at tempo with 1:30 rest (turned out to be a little fast, but didn't feel as fast as they were) 3:19, 3:15, 3:15, 3:14 - ran with Jackie, felt really good, really consistent once we found our pace - 4X150 hard - 8 minute cooldown
