Comments:
Ran to the Greenbelt with the girls for their workout. 6 X 1:00 on and 1:00 walk, 6 X 40 secs on 1 min walk (didn't get all those done because I chased the lady down on the bike)from Veach to back to end of Greenbelt 20 mins on 40 seconds jog. Back to school. I was spent.
