Comments:
Ran warmup at a decent pace with group, did some dynamic drills. Ran 8 sets of 400/R, 1 min recovery, 200/R, 200 jog recovery with Joey, Chris, Alex. Alternated lead. 76/37-77/36-73/38-77/36-75/36-75/35-73/35-74/34. Felt strong, fluid. legs were fine, breathing was good.
