Comments:
I just realized I've climbed three times in the last five days. My arms don't hurt but they're tired. I had the insane notion of using an ice bath for my arms...I find the idea somewhat terrifying.
Chris showed up. I was too tired to attack anything major but I practiced some footwork and a few harder blues/easier greens. Still missing the one blue though for my collection.
Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Dips, Leg Lifts
Chris: 6, 4, 17, 19
Me: 9, 5, 2, 50 I think I need to make the leg lifts harder.
