Comments:
felt good, went for PR... but couldn't seem to reach for the big kick at the end when I needed it. Starting to deal with the heat better after just 3 days of running in the heat.

splits: 2:56 tracks, 4:38 stop sign, 10:15 hoop, 13:53 bridge, 18:14 usual corner, 22:35 finish

learning points: starting fast doesn't necessarily mean finishing fast... as in this case I was ahead on all my splits except the last corner. In the case of this course/track, I must be under 18 minutes at morison to PR
