Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt a little sore, heavy legs, and sluggish. It was a pretty good run. Then I did my weight routine. Dumbbell military press, curls, lat pulls, tricep pushdown, and bench. Then my usual abs stuff.
No extra-mile at the end, but I did sit and stretch some in the sauna for 20 minutes. felt really good after I was out. I needed a good sweat.
