right knee hurt for longer today... should i start to get concerned?? cooled off a little from the previous few days thank god, but not by much. made a point to go slow to recover before long running tomorrow. felt ok ish. tireddd. hopefully it's just from having a down week and i'll feel better next week. fingers crossed.
foam rolled (I need to make this more of a regular habit...)
need to start icing more.
and doing rehab.
and abs for that matter.
