first day of classes. 6m tempo goal pace(5:45-50) 5:35 5:30(droped off) 5:46 5:48 6:09(the hill, guys back in maryland you may never understand the huggness of this hill imagine a 800 meter moutain in your way after 4.5 miles of hard effort i went from 2:49 800 to 3:20 back to 2:42 to give you an idea) 5:42 34:22. felt better than last time body was more relaxed.
