2 mile warmup. 30 seconds recovery on each rep.
3k: 11:41 (6:15 pace, 6:20 goal pace)
2K: 7:24 (5:57 pace, 6:00 goal pace)
3K: 11:26 (6:07 pace, 6:20 goal pace)
1K: 3:20 (5:20 pace, 6:00 goal pace)
2.5 mile cooldown. Did these on fast bowl which got kind of annoying. I felt really relaxed and easy through the first three. The last one I was pissed MacColl had been pushing the pace early so I ran fast. Right knee wasn't too bad, but the tape is making the muscles behind the knee sore. I think I might give up on the tape for awhile and see.
Regarding groups, I think I am just going to run with Rob and Houser from now on.
