Weather: cool (62 degrees) and light rain. perfect
Comments:
Warmed-up for 45 minutes. Did A1s on fastbowl: 3000(11:18), 2000(7:11), 3000(10:33), 1000(3:14). Felt relaxed and comfortable for the whole thing. The weather was really great--cool and drizzly. Felt like cruising during the second half of the workout. thought I could maybe almost do the the workout again right afterwards. Cooled-down for about 43 minutes. Felt a little beat-up and worn-down by the end, but it was a good feeling. Run was actually like 17 miles. Swimming later.
