Comments:
10 min warm-up. I ran all but one of my intervals on pace. I felt more relaxed and I think I had much better form and stride today. Hip still a little sore but not as much as yesterday. 16 min cool-down. stretch, 4 sets 30sec abs circuts, pushups, 10 min ice bath.
