6 x 800m repeats on the far up-and-downhill, hitting around 2:45-2:50 on all of them, felt pretty flat and just not very energetic today, had to push a lot to get where i wanted to be today, legs felt dead even though i wasn't totally out of breath, whatever, a little dehydrated at some points
