Paced chuck through his last 10k of the marathon. My left IT band or knee is really hurting from last nights 5k. Actually woke me up last night cause it was throbbing. May need to take it easy for a week but it was really fun running a 10 k with a bunch of people who'd already done 32. I should do that every marathon :)
