So this pratice was pretty intense!!!
MY blisters just keep getting worse
thats why I should remeber to bringmy shoes && socks =P
I felt really good afterwods though!!
But my blisters arent sooo good haha.
ALthough i didnt do very good, I tried pretty hard && I feel i did to the best of my ability.
we all have those days were we just cant run very well.
