Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 warm-up, 5 fartlek(1-2-3-4-3-2-1) rest going(1-2-3-3-2-1). Ran the fartlek with the A group and felt strong. The 4 minute segment and back down was tough, but not overly so. 6x12 second sprints after suuuuucked. Need to work on my turn over so bad! 2 mile cool-down.
