Motivated?

So I've been very unmotivated to do anything this past month. I was told to take it easy, and so I took it easy...real easy. Perhaps it's the combination of the headaches I've been getting. Or maybe it's from the bruises I collected while air softing or when I got in a fight with the floor. But perhaps now that I'm back at Case for the summer, I'll be more motivated.
Jingning and I went swimming today. My breathing wasn't as horrendous as I thought it was going to be. I did between 15-20 laps (down and back), mostly backstroke, otherwise I'm like a fish out of water when, well, I'm in the water. I felt bad for the guy we were sharing a lane with, though. I didn't go all that quickly, and so I tried to stay out of his way.
I know I'm at least going swimming tomorrow. I may pound out a few miles too, take it real easy. It's just weird, I'm not sure how exactly to handle the low mileage. Should I go for several 2-3 mile runs, or should I just go for one 5-6 mile run? Oh well, I'll figure it out.
