Comments:
Cross Country meeting got me pretty excited for summer running, still have to focus on track for now and running a good race Thursday. Step downs, started at 300m at mile pace, then a 280 then a 260 then a 240 then a 220 then a 200 with each one faster pace than the last and finally a "best effort 200" at the end. Rest was turning around and jogging to next start line. Felt oddly relaxed but at the same time awful. Hopefully I'll feel better thursday
