Morning run

Weather: 80-85 pretty warm

Comments:
Weighed 182.4. Started run about 5:30. 40 situps. No shirt. Had a 1/2 a banana 1/2 a cup of Gatorade. Good run. Started a bit rough, had to run the morning kinks out. 3 short breaks-walks for re-hydration had Gatorade in my bottle instead of the usual h2o. Very good run overall. Ran light to light Tempo runs on Houston from Cooper to Neely south to Guadalupe & back to Houston. Got a pretty good nights sleep. Alarm went off at 4:59. Ate other 1/2 of banana & drank gatorade after run to rehydrate. Felt very good after run.
