8x600 in flats, 200m jog recovery. 2:02-2:01-2:04-2:02-2:05-2:00-2:03-1:58. 4x200 39-32-35-32. Right calf pretty sore. Shins felt ok, may be tender later. Breathing/cardio felt good on 600's. ran 200's smooth, relaxed. felt fast.
