Injury

I injured my right foot sometime last week so I'm taking a break for a couple weeks. It hurts on the bottom forefoot and into the base of the toes. I really have no idea how it happened. It feels ok if I'm not on it, but once I put some pressure on it I definately notice it. I know that running is out of the question for quite a while until it heals up. If its not improving by next week I'm going to see someone about it. My ankle is bugging me again too.
