Weather: overcast, cool

Comments:
nice and relaxed. ran on the treadmill to make sure i was hitting an easy pace and to get a break from the bore outside. you know you're running in a sad place when running on a treadmill gives you a break from the monotony of training.

mile down, 5mi, mile up, 3miles, strides up on north park and back down, felt great the whole run.

lifted after, ups after class before rib cooking (which was amazing)
