Weather: Windy and humid
Comments:
Tried to start easy but once got going probably pushed it a little hard. Felt 'bitty' in places not running smoothly. Stopped at one point for toilet and to compose myself a little. Finished quite strongly but really need to concentrate on my pace judgement and ensure these runs are what they are meant to be, which is easy.
On a more positive note calfs are feeling fine after my best weeks running for a long time.
