June 6, 2010 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 69 degrees, sunny, constant breeze, low humidity, very nice
Comments:
I used a program called Garage Band to make a song which was exactly 25 minutes long... I was able to cut up my favorite songs and make one solid track which had a decent base rhythm and really pumped up during the kick phase of the run. I was even able to control the volume. It took me about 2 hours and I am really proud of it.
The problem: I didn't "lock" all of the songs before I saved it, and so it started off great, but left me hanging on mile 2. I'll fix it and test next time.
I think this custom track thing has some real potential. You can even control the volume within the track. Anyway, the run was overall sub par.. I've got to work in some distance again, my body is beginning to get tired of this course over and over and over again. But, I love the predictability of it.
here are my splits:
3:32 tracks, 5:19 stop sign, 11:22 hoop, 15:16 bridge, 19:48 usual corner, 24:22 finsih
