Weather: Sunny/ good weather

Comments:
Woke up at 7am..decided to go for a run. 1st day of actual summer training. just easy pace..relaxed. Then did drills and striders.

GOALS FOR THIS SUMMER
1. Work up to 60-65Miles Per Week
2. Stay healthy!, eat healthy foods.
3. Swim 3-5times a week.
4. Do abs at least 6 times a week.
5. Do the Midsummer Night 1 mile race and Twilight 8k.
6. Go to XC Camp
7. Do about 3-4 Tempo runs. start at 4miles then 5miles.
8. Encourage everyone else to run!
9. Ice 3-4times a week.
10. Do drills and sriders 4-5 times a week.
