Weather: Bit windy and humid but not to bad

Comments:
Ran this hard. Maybe recovery should have been a bit longer but made me work a little harder. Tried to really concentrate on form here but having to work quite hard towards the end.
Legs a little stiff but quite a good session.
Ran on Canal from work.
Calfs felt fine again.
