Comments:
Tempo run today. Way to fast and not a good workout at all. There was no relaxation in this run. Warming up I felt good and thought I would have a good workout. But a half mile into the run I find my self already off pace. If im going to be the best this year I have to control these workouts. I will not make this mistake again. The goal was 29:10 and I ran 27:59. There is alot of room to slow down and relax. On top of a bad workout my hamstring is tight and cramped up. Hopefully tomorrow it will be feeling beter.
