8 min for two miles, 730 for two miles, 700 last mile. felt easy. some discomfort in right lower calf. not sure if bone or achilles or calf muscle. can feel a little when stretching, otherwise, doesnt hurt when pressed on or standing/jumping/walking. didnt hurt when running.
