went for PR. Pushed hard. Finally got earphone and music situation back under control. I really cut loose the last 1/8 mile but was literally at my peak anaerobic capacity. 10 feet from the finish I dry heaved, and then after i crossed the line I puked a bit more. Lovely.
Splits: 3:13 tracks, 5:00 stopsign, 10:32 hoop, 14:03 bridge, 18:05 usual corner, 20:01 tracks, 22:22 finish. A new PR!
