Warm-up: Soberlook up Euclid Heights to Coventry to Mayfield, down to Mayfield Hill
12x300 Hill Repeats (with Carter)
Cooldown: Mayfield to Euclid to East Boulevard to Bellflower to Turning Pt Statue, back up Cedar to Soberlook

We took the hills moderately relaxed, which was good because my stomach was bothering me some. My knee started to get sore toward the end, but I made it through without any real pain. My breathing was better than I had expected and shouldn't be a huge issue as long as it slowly improves throughout the summer. My legs need work.

The bottom line is that this year I will run as fast as my legs can take me.
