Comments:
Did 2x400, 4x200, 4x100 on track. I felt bloated and had a cramp, but did okay. Both 400s were 1:20, 200s(38, 39, 38, 38), and I didn't time my 100s because I knew they would be awful. I was sucking air the whole time. It was hard for me to recover from each interval. Bad sign!
