I am not sure how farr or how long I went. I didn't run the race, but I felt abnormally good (my leg). I don't know if it was the racing that did it or what but hopefully I'm about over this stupid injury!
I ran the warmup and cooldown and then sprinted with lesly trying to watch every part of the race. It was good because i need to get my legs moving faster. i now have much more respect for those that watch cross country races...YOU GET A WORKOUT! i was drentched with sweat.
anyways i felt good all night and stretched ALOT when i got home. the true test comes on tomorrows run and well see how i feel.
