Calf Raises x30 ea.
Adductor 3x15@ 115 lbs
Abductor 3x15@ 90 lbs
Ankle 2x12 ea. @ 35 lbs
Leg Curls 3x15 @ 45 lbs

I was a little sore to start with so this was more difficult than Monday. I skipped the second set of calf raises in the hopes of running a better tempo tomorrow. My hamstrings are still horrible.
