Comments:
Keep up at 7 minute pace on the Crescent trail (downhill). Feels faster in the dark of course, but I was workin' for sure. One of those runs where you sort of figure out the route as you go and have no idea how long you'll actually be out for. Last mile back on Anthony's house was a 6-flat!
