Weather: hot, muggy, buggy
Comments:
25 min warmup about a mile cooldown.
Started out strong yet relaxed. after about 1.5 miles I started slowing up and it just got worse and worse. not really sure what happened. I shouldn't have been that tired. I think in the middle I was mentally beat which translated to a piss poor performance.
splits were 5:22, 11:15, 17:56 and 23:23 for the 6.2km race. The third mile was just pathetic. I felt really tight after the race. looking forward to a good week of practice and a shorter and flatter course next week.
