4mile steady state w/ Tim, goal ~5:55s; splits - 5:41, 5:43, 5:50, 5:55. 26seconds faster than last week but didn't feel too much harder.
CD to House 6 w/ Tim

cooled down the first quarter from :80 last week to :85 this week, and the whole 4 miles may have felt easier because of it. could still carry on a conversation 2 miles in, but kinda trailed off at about 2.5 miles in. but since the summer is about keeping the pace comfortable, I'm ok with it. talked a lot about summer training with Tim on the cooldown, saw Leanne finishing her tempo as Tim and I were starting ours.
