Weather: 80, humid, flies biting while running, no breeze, 7:45pm
Comments:
Long day grossing today. Didn't want to run but didn't want to study without running first. So I walked out there and ran the 5K for the second time. Actually ran faster today... something about not sitting all day (ie. grossing) lends itself to more mobility earlier in the run. I still was stiff getting started, but felt better towards the end. I used to say it takes me 2 full miles to warm up to a point of "runners high". Now I would say I can get there in about 1.5 miles... but sometimes longer. Today was about 1.5 miles.
