Pace off chart slides from 7:45-7:50 per mile DM/KK.. Coach will be present to take weight and HR during workout. Race Pace for 1/2 marathon. 3-week cycle reference in week 7..
During run HR 158-161, at mile 6 168. Post run weight 174.6.
