Weather: Ok but very windy at points

Comments:
Pushed it hard today on hard stretches really pushing myself and stretching legs out. Seemed to recover well and legs felt ok after yesterday once got warmed up. Calfs feeling good at the moment. Very hard into some of the windy sections.
Canal out and back ending at Civic.
