First Run Back

Comments:
I went out at around 9:40 and it felt so nice to be running. I tried to focus on my form and enjoy being outside....then I started feeling tired and I looked at my watch and it had only been 7 minutes....hahaha
By 9 minutes I was running up the hill close to my house and I was feeling awful.
Got home, took a coldish shower and went back to my basement to sleep haha
I'll force myself to do crunches and pushups tonight
