Weather: good, we really are getting spoiled with the good weather, but still kind of hot

i guess the first workout proving grounds

the number of times on the hills (800 loop)
i went out with the 1st group but they gradually left me behind, the 2nd to last set i was started with sam bc we got seperated but sam didnt have to stay with me, bc he was doing great, but he stayed otherwise i would have been alone.
good workout though
